I have also worked with and for Central Ohio home builders in our local market and have personally built homes in the past as a custom builder. In addition I am a certified New Home Specialist by the Columbus Board of Realtors and I am dedicated to helping YOU reach your dream of home ownership!!

This is how the $1,000 Cash Back program works. As a real estate agent it is my duty to represent you as my client. I do not work for or represent the builder. My job is to make sure you are fully informed about the builder you choose, the financing that is offered, the location, the resale potential, the pricing and options added into the home. I will also watch out for hidden costs and any other strategies the builder might use to get more money from you or place you into an undesirable home or undesirable location. To do this I must be with you when you visit the builder especially at the time of entering into a contract to purchase.

You will not be required to pay me any commission or any fees. The builders pay a 3% commission to my company. They will not give you a discount if you do not have a realtor. Builders depend on realtors to sell their homes and making such discounts would cause bad blood between the realtors and the builders. Builders are happy to pay the 3% commission to realtors to secure future business. Also, the new home reps that you find inside the model homes do not work for you. They are employed by the builder and are working in the builders best interest. I work in your best interest.

Listing Your Home

Some builders will start building your home if your home is not sold and some will not. This can play a factor in your move and can be discussed in detail.

My experience in listing and selling Central Ohio homes spans nearly a decade. You can rest assured I put as much effort into selling your home as I do helping you buy a home. As an added bonus I give you an additional $1,000 cash back at closing if your existing home in not under contract within 90 days from listing. There are certain criteria that must apply and not all homes will qualify for this service. I handle these on a case by case basis.
